FF4ALL Terms of Use

Last updated: 8 November 2026

1. About these terms

These terms apply between you and Sebastian, who created FF4ALL as a hobby project, support@ff4all.app (we), when you use the FF4ALL app. By using the app you accept these terms. The App Store or Google Play terms also apply to purchases and downloads.

2. Who the app is for

You must be 16 or older to use FF4ALL.

3. What FF4ALL is

FF4ALL is a training app that plans strength and conditioning sessions, shows how the exercises are done and stores your history on your phone. The app gives general training plans. It is not a medical service and does not replace advice from a doctor, physiotherapist or other healthcare professional.

4. Health and safety

Training always carries some risk of injury. Before your first session you complete the app's safety introduction.

5. Subscription and free trial

FF4ALL requires a subscription bought in the App Store or Google Play. The price, including VAT, is shown in the store before you buy.

New users get a 30-day free trial. If you don't cancel during the trial, the paid period starts automatically when the trial ends.

The subscription renews automatically one period at a time until you cancel. You cancel in your Apple or Google account settings, no later than 24 hours before the period ends. If you cancel in the middle of a period, the subscription stays active until the end of that period.

Payment, refunds and receipts are handled by Apple or Google under their terms.

6. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the purchase of the subscription. To withdraw from a purchase, do so through Apple or Google, or contact us at support@ff4all.app.

7. When the subscription ends

When the subscription ends, all your data stays on your phone. You can still view your history and export your data, but you cannot start new sessions until you subscribe again.

8. Faults in the app

If the app does not work as promised, you have rights under the consumer rules for digital content and digital services. Contact us at support@ff4all.app and we will try to fix the fault.

We update the app regularly. Updates may change how the app looks and works, but should not significantly reduce what you pay for.

9. Liability

We do our best to make the content of the app correct and safe. You are responsible for how you train and for following the advice in section 4.

We are not liable for harm caused by you training beyond your ability, not following the instructions, or using broken or unsuitable equipment. Nor are we liable for indirect losses, such as lost income.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for personal injury caused by our intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.

10. Rights to the content

All content in FF4ALL, such as text, video clips, images, music and the structure of the sessions, belongs to us or to those we license it from. You may use the app for your own training. You may not copy, sell or distribute the content.

11. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. Significant changes are announced in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. If you don't accept a change, you can cancel your subscription before it takes effect.

12. Disputes and governing law

Swedish law applies to these terms, but you always keep the protection given to you by the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

If we cannot agree, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, Sweden, www.arn.se. We follow ARN's recommendations. Disputes may also be brought before the general courts in Sweden.
