FF4ALL Privacy Policy
Last updated: 8 November 2026
In short
- You don't need an account to use FF4ALL.
- All your training data is stored only on your phone. We never receive it.
- We use no ads, no tracking and no analytics, neither in the app nor on the website.
- We never sell information about you.
Who is responsible
FF4ALL is run by Sebastian, who created FF4ALL as a hobby project. We are the controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at support@ff4all.app.
What the app stores, only on your phone
When you use the app, the following is stored on your phone:
- your profile, such as the equipment you have, your language and your settings
- your sessions, weights, reps and results
- that you have completed the safety introduction, which version it was and when
Your answers to the health questions in the safety introduction are not stored. The app only shows a warning if an answer suggests you should talk to a doctor first.
Training data can say something about your health. That is why it stays on your phone and is never sent to us or anyone else. We cannot see it, and we cannot restore it if you lose your phone.
Backups you make yourself
The app can create a file with your data, and you choose where to save it, for example in iCloud, Google Drive or an email to yourself. That service's terms and privacy policy then apply to the file. We do not receive it.
Purchases and subscription
The subscription is bought through the App Store or Google Play. Payment is handled entirely by Apple or Google under their privacy policies. We never receive your name, card number or address. We only learn that a subscription exists and what type it is.
The website
The website www.ff4all.app is hosted by statichost.eu, a European provider with servers in the EU. The website uses no cookies, no analytics, and no fonts or scripts from other companies. According to statichost.eu, no personal data about visitors is stored.
When you contact us
If you email us, we process your email address and what you write so that we can reply. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling questions (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), or performing our contract with you (Article 6(1)(b)) if the question is about your subscription. We delete the email no later than 12 months after the matter is closed, unless the law requires us to keep it longer, for example for bookkeeping.
Please don't write more about your health than the question needs.
Our email is handled by an external email provider, which is our data processor.
Age limit
FF4ALL is for people aged 16 and over.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of the personal data we hold about you. You also have the right to request restriction, to object to processing and to receive data you have given us in a machine-readable format. Since your training data exists only on your phone, the easiest way to delete it is to delete the app or use the app's delete data function.
Contact us at support@ff4all.app to use your rights. If you think we handle your data incorrectly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), www.imy.se, or to the data protection authority in the country where you live.
Changes
We update this policy if the app or website changes in a way that affects your data. Major changes are shown in the app. The date at the top shows when the policy was last changed.
